Apparatus:
- Whipped Cream Canister
- Whipped Cream Charger
- Rapid Infusion Set
- 400ml of gin
- 1 of hand cherry tomatoes
- 5 basil leaves
- 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 350ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 250ml of cane sugar syrup
- 2 pieces burratini with the juice
- 80ml of whipping cream
- 800ml of milk
- Take a whipped cream canister and add gin as per your taste with the cherry tomatoes, Worcester sauce, and basil.
- Screw on the infusion set and then charge the canister with a single whipped cream charger. Let the gas completely infuse all the ingredients then after release of the gas, unscrew and remove the whipped cream charger.
- Do not forget to put it in the sieve of the canister. Then dispense out all the pressure by pushing the lever, and once the pressure has been taken out, gently unscrew the whipped cream canister.
- Pour out the contents through a fine mesh and keep them aside. To prepare the cocktail, add 400 ml of the rapidly infused gin along with cane sugar syrup and lemon juice into a whipped cream canister, then charge it with a single whipped cream charger and shake the canister at least eight times.
