⦁ Whipped Cream Canister
⦁ Whipped Cream Charger
For Botanical Infusion:
⦁ 150ml of Plymouth Gin
⦁ 3gms of crushed Black Pepper
⦁ 3gms of Bay Leaves
⦁ 3gms of Sage
⦁ 1gm of Gentian Root
⦁ 1gm of Wormwood
⦁ 1gm of Star Anise
⦁ 1gm of Nutmeg
⦁ 1gm of Dried Rosemary
For 700ml Cocktail:
⦁ 150ml of Botanical Infusion
⦁ 500ml of Brown Ale
⦁ ¼ cup of Demerara Sugar
⦁ ¼ cup of Caster Sugar
- To make the botanical infusion, drench bay leaves, sage, gentian root, wormwood, star anise, nutmeg, dried rosemary, and crushed black pepper in Plymouth gin. Leave this mixture for two weeks, then pass it through a sieve and reserve.
